We have an excellent permanent opportunity available for an EMEA Sales Director with exceptional, hands-on business development skills and fluent German or French language skills, to join an award-winning global broadcast service provider & cloud technology solutions vendor.
As EMEA Sales Director, you will be responsible for consultative solution sales covering OTT, cloud playout, content distribution & monetisation technologies and will target top tier broadcasters, content owners, Pay TV platforms and video streaming channels, including live news and sports media organisations.
You will devise and drive the sales & new business development strategy across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on either Germany or France (dependent on language skills) and wider DACH or Francophone region, building and developing a fruitful client base from scratch.
Taking full ownership of the sales lifecycle, you will take the time to truly understand the customer’s business goals, requirements & pain points and sell cutting-edge technology solutions that solve problems and bring real value.
Candidates will have a proven track record of broadcast technology sales and closing multi-million Euro deals, ideally across the traditional broadcast and OTT streaming market in Germany or France, with a strong network of contacts in the region.
You will have a good technical understanding of broadcast workflows, content delivery, playout, OTT streaming & monetisation solutions. Any additional experience of selling cloud, SaaS or dynamic ad insertion (DAI) products would also be highly advantageous.
You will be highly motivated, a self-starter, have genuine passion and possess an entrepreneurial mindset, along with the ability to articulate the value of technology.
